8th generation shoyu makers since 1795.

Fun fact, the family started as sword makers and transitions into shoyu making.

The production is natural traditional way, fermented over time.Â
They utilize traditional wooden barrels called kioke.Â
They are commited to use domestic raw materials, use well water, and most important to make athentic shoyu without additives or enzymes helpers.
